Group Therapy

Our group work sessions are about bringing people with similar experiences together and also combining different experiences. Group work sessions are respectful and provide a private, confidential and safe environment to share and make sense of matters important to you.

Being part of a group can build a sense of belonging and provide support which extends itself beyond the group sessions. Mutually supportive relationships may form both individually and collectively. Sessions can empower people and is a proactive step to take to avoid worries or difficulties building up. Group work can often help people make even greater sense of things and help people generate a even clearer sense of themselves and what is important to them.

Planned group work sessions include social anxiety, gender identity, addiction, blended families and financial worries.
