You are not alone.

What do I do if I need crisis support?

This information is particularly aimed at people living in England where we are based.

If you feel that you might attempt suicide or may have seriously harmed yourself, you need urgent medical attention. Please call 999, go straight to your A&E if you can or call your local NHS crisis team, if you know it.

If you think another person is in immediate danger, you should call the police on 999.

To find the number for your local NHS urgent helpline, if you don’t know it. click here.

You can call The Samaritans 116 123 (free from UK and Ireland), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or email jo@samaritans.org.

If you are under 19, you can call Childline on 0800 1111, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The number won’t appear on your bill.

Every local council has a helpline to call if you have any safeguarding concerns about a child, young person or vulnerable adult.

You can call NHS 111 in cases where you need help but are not in immediate danger.

You can contact your GP and ask for an emergency appointment.

How quickly can I be seen by you?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. Our next step is usually to agree a first 20 min telephone or video call with you to find out more about your situation and agree the next steps. Normally, we aim to see new clients within a week of a referral.

If we believe that another service may be better suited to your needs, we will signpost you to other options for you.

How long are sessions?

It depends. After the introductory 15 min telephone or video call, the first session  lasts 1.5 hours. Following this, sessions tend to be 1-2 hours long.

How often do you see clients?

It depends. It is not unusual for the first sessions to be every week and move to being fortnightly as you make the progress you are seeking. Even after you have completed your care with us, you are free to organise an ad-hoc session with us, should you ever need it.

How much do sessions cost?

We charge £95 per hour. We offer a sliding scale for people who are in need. Please reach out if you are looking for help.
